I'm here to help you heal and take up your space.

I'm Dr. Suzanne Manser, clinical psychologist and author. I created The Self-Reclamation Project (SRP) so it doesn't take you as long as it took me to heal from your childhood and create a juicy life.

The majority of the SRP is accessed through a monthly membership. Members will get monthly journal prompts, exercises, meditations, newsletters and opportunities to gather with me and the other members. Each month, we will be working on a specific issue, working toward a specific goal. We'll spend two months working on healing our inner children, two months reclaiming ourselves, and two months transforming our lives, then we'll start the cycle over with all new material. Think of it as a live-action workbook, with me as your guide!
